Role Description This position is for upcoming work and is contingent upon task award/funding. Noblis is looking to hire a Principal, Supply Chain Management and Resilience to serve as a senior subject matter expert supporting the Department of War and other Federal Agencies for supply chain transformation and resilience initiatives. The selected candidate will lead complex research and analysis efforts across supply chain management functions, supply chain risk management methodologies, and legacy technology modernization, independently authoring research reports, white papers, and technical deliverables that inform strategic decision-making. This role will interface with Department of War and Federal Agency stakeholders as the primary technical lead on assigned engagements, contributing innovative analytical approaches and customized solutions to advance supply chain resilience. Noblis' mission is to support the Department of War and other Federal Agencies in strengthening supply chain performance, reducing mission readiness constraints, and advancing modernization pathways for defense logistics operations. This role can be worked remotely, but since the customer will be based out of the Washington DC area preference may be given to candidates within a commutable distance to the DC area. This role also may have a travel component for domestic locations of about 10-20% of the time.
