• Collaborate with BizOps leaders on high-priority projects across growth, customer experience, and product strategy. • Conduct primary and secondary research to develop informed perspectives and recommendations. • Leverage data to generate insights and drive meaningful business decisions. • Take ownership of discrete BizOps projects and engage with leadership to solve complex business problems. • Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, operations, and executive teams to drive strategic initiatives. • Adapt to challenges with a no-ego attitude, rolling up your sleeves to get things done. • Provide clear, well-supported recommendations based on rigorous problem-solving and analysis. • Contribute to building and shaping the BizOps function at Wealthsimple.

Job Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, startups, or strategic operations roles.
  • Ability to break down complex problems and develop pragmatic solutions.
  • Strong data & analytics skills: Comfortable managing and analyzing large datasets with a keen eye for detail. SQL proficiency is an asset.
  • You use AI tools regularly in your work and have a baseline understanding of where they add value.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results.
  • Able to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences, including executives and technical teams.
  • Proactive about structuring work, meeting deadlines, and keeping stakeholders informed.
