Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in Python backend development. - Solid experience with Django and asynchronous programming using asyncio. - Production experience with Apache Kafka. - Strong experience with distributed systems, microservices, or similar architecture. - Experience deploying and managing containerized applications using Docker. - Familiarity with any cloud provider, preferably AWS. - Proficiency with SQL databases, especially PostgreSQL. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation. - Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or equivalent. - Strong problem-solving skills and experience with code reviews. - Comfortable working in Agile teams. - Willingness to participate in on-call rotations. - English level: B2 or higher.
