Role Summary: The Associate Business Development Manager plays a critical role in enabling the Grocery team to flawlessly execute our business imperatives and drive growth. The Associate BDM will be a key liaison between the Grocery Sales Team and our cross-functional partners in NY. Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Responsibilities: - Partner with the Grocery Sales Teams and internal cross-functional partners to create and execute innovative growth strategies. - Enable the key objectives to improve sales results, win market share and drive financial returns on the Grocery team. - Drive superior in-market Retail Operations execution via clear, actionable and time-bound objectives. - Track and measure results; continuously optimize. - Support existing national displays and - when needed - create, route and optimize new display vehicles for the team. - Lead account specific digital coupon process and activations for the Grocery team. - Lead operational planning on Hispanic Strategy Activation Programs. - Develop multi-faceted Hispanic Strategy execution tactics and ensure implementation. - Act as a liaison for the New Item information for the Grocery Team. - Coordinate BSBF van visit requests and logistics from Grocery to Retail Marketing. - Drive incremental Seasonal and Holiday sales. - Assist with analytical and administrative tasks across the team as needed. - You'll work closely together with the Grocery Sales Team, collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and lead external partners to drive business performance. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
