Role Description The Senior Strategic Insights Lead will be responsible for reporting, analytics, and insight generation to support operational performance across Coverdale Infusion Clinics. This role will translate complex data into clear, actionable insights to help improve the patient journey, support decision-making, and meet the needs of all stakeholders. The role also requires a deep understanding of the Specialty Pharmaceutical industry, financial modeling, and business intelligence/insights. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree (or an equivalent combination of experience and education) in business insights, data analytics, financial analysis, or a related field is required. - 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, analytics, or operational insight roles. - Strong experience with Power BI, Excel, and data visualization tools. - Proven ability to work with large datasets, identify trends, and communicate insights to non-technical audiences. - Experience in specialty pharmaceuticals, patient support programs, or healthcare analytics is required. - Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Requirements - Analytical thinking, problem solving, and data storytelling; strong written and verbal communication (including technical writing). - Experience in cost-benefit analysis, business case development, and cross-functional collaboration. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, continuous improvement environment. - IIBA (or similar) and vendor/partner experience are assets. - English required, French bilingualism an asset.
