Senior Strategic Insights Lead
BioScript Solutions
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance scorecards • Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and root causes, then present findings in a clear and practical way • Monitor performance against targets and support business reviews, executive presentations, and ad hoc analysis with high-quality insights • Partner with clinic operations, pharmacy, patient support program service, and leadership teams to identify business questions and translate them into analytics solutions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement enhancements, program efficiencies, and patient experience improvements • Standardize data definitions, reporting processes, and KPI frameworks • Improve data integrity by strengthening data capture, coding, and reporting practices • Develop process maps, workflows, SOPs, business rules, data dictionaries, data flow diagrams, and data models • Define business needs, assess capability gaps, and determine solution approaches • Develop estimates, cost/benefit analyses, and business cases • Lead testing and UAT (strategies, scenarios, test cases, SME coordination) • Support RWD/RWE collection, analysis, and alignment with broader business objectives
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, (or an equivalent combination of experience and education) in business insights, data analytics, financial analysis, or a related field is required
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, analytics, or operational insight roles.
- Strong experience with Power BI, Excel, and data visualization tools.
- Proven ability to work with large datasets, identify trends, and communicate insights to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in specialty pharmaceuticals, patient support programs, or healthcare analytics is required
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
