• Serve as a structured liaison between CPA's OCM team and designated state agency points of contact to support communications, readiness activities, and transition coordination. • Coordinate agency communications related to UAT schedules, roles, expectations, and participation tracking across approximately 500–600 participants statewide. • Support TTT and EUT logistics, including scheduling, participant communications, dissemination of training materials, and participation and completion tracking. • Track and update agency-level readiness data across testing, training, and transition milestones using tools and frameworks established by the OCM Lead. • Develop change and readiness artifacts such as readiness checklists, agency communications, FAQ content, and talking points as directed by the OCM Lead and CPA. • Facilitate feedback loops between agencies and CPA to surface readiness gaps, common questions, and change impacts requiring CPA action. • Monitor and report on agency readiness risks and themes, contributing participation data and escalation logs to the OCM Lead's monthly summary reports. • Produce pre-milestone readiness summaries covering readiness assessment across four dimensions, open issues, participation gaps, and recommended determinations for CPA's consideration. • Maintain coordination artifacts including communication logs, agency contact directories, participation trackers, and readiness reporting inputs. • Provide weekly status reports to the CPA Contract Manager summarizing completed work, work in progress, and planned activities for the following week.
