Par sa connaissance technique, le(a) Spécialiste Application concourt à la croissance du chiffre d’affaires en identifiant les opportunités d’évolution des produits afin de répondre au besoin du marché avec des solutions à forte valeur ajoutée et différenciantes. - Créer les contenus et animer les formations auprès des équipes terrain (marketing & vente) lorsque de nouvelles caractéristiques/fonctionnalités sont disponibles sur les applications LC et LC/MS/MS. - Soutenir techniquement et scientifiquement les Responsables de Comptes lors des visites clients en avant-vente. - Effectuer des démonstrations de produits (LC et LC/MS/MS) pour les clients sur leurs sites ou au sein de notre centre de démonstration. - Soutenir le développement commercial en créant/identifiant et coordonnant la mise en œuvre des opportunités de solutions de Try and Buy/collaborations sur des applications innovantes ou des cas critiques d'entreprise. - Former les utilisateurs clients aux solutions MatChar vendues (sur site client ou au sein du centre de démonstration). - Développer des applications clients et mettre en œuvre les solutions Perkin Elmer LC et LC/MS/MS sur les sites des clients. - Assurer la formation et le support pour les responsables de comptes d'Europe du Sud et le revendeur HTDS. - Collaborer avec les Responsables Produits et Services pour identifier, communiquer et incorporer les nouvelles améliorations de produits visant à fournir aux clients des solutions compétitives différenciantes. - Caractériser le marché externe en effectuant une analyse et des évaluations concurrentielles sur le territoire et les segments spécifiques de marché. - Identifier et développer une stratégie de mise en réseau avec tous les VIP/décideurs français pour tous les segments de marché auxquels nous pouvons nous adresser. - Participer à des réunions régionales et/ou nationales en présentant aux clients les solutions PerkinElmer et en aidant le service des ventes à répondre aux demandes de renseignements. - Participer aux conférences traitant des innovations et du marché et qui favorisent le développement des réseaux professionnels et des collaborations. Qualifications - Connaissances spécialisées des technologies HPLC et LC/MS/MS. - Expérience sur un poste similaire en collaboration étroite avec les équipes de ventes et/ou d’assistance sur les produits LC et LC/MS/MS. - Connaissance des techniques, des applications et du marché des instruments MatChar déployés idéalement dans les domaines toxicologique et environnementaux. - Niveau intermédiaire sur la Suite MS Office – Excel impérativement. - Création et animation de formation. Role Description Our client is building an operations management platform that handles workforce planning, rostering, dispatching, and performance analytics for a large-scale field operations environment. You will own the Python engine layer, responsible for the algorithms and data processing that power the core operational workflows used daily by operations teams. This is not a typical web backend role. You will be working on constraint-based planning algorithms, large-scale data processing pipelines, and event-driven dispatch engines that operate in real time against live operational data. WHAT YOU'LL OWN: - Planning engine: processing large volumes of operational schedule data through constraint evaluation, business rules, and engagement profiles to produce workforce planning demands. Built on Celery, Polars, and OR-Tools running on Azure App Service. - Rostering engine: generating periodic staff rosters by solving constraint problems against planning demands, employee certifications, and leave data pulled from third-party HR systems. Running as an Azure Function App. - Dispatch engine: real-time task assignment using proximity scoring against live employee location data, attendance records, and operational schedule data. Running as an always-on Azure Function App or App service. - Performance engine: scheduled KPI aggregation and SLA scoring across all modules. Running as a timer-triggered Azure Function App. WHY'S THIS ROLE INTERESTING: The planning engine is the core of this platform. The algorithm you build determines how efficiently an operations team deploys its workforce against a complex schedule of demands. When the platform matures, the rule-based constraint engine you build will become the foundation for an ML-driven prediction model. You are building something that runs in a live operational environment and directly impacts how a team performs on the ground every day. You will not be expected to write TypeScript, work on the API layer, or contribute to the frontend. Your responsibility sits clearly within the Python processing layer. The integration boundary between your work and the wider platform is Redis and Azure SQL. You will write clean, reliable outputs into these systems, and the surrounding services will consume them from there. In simple terms: you own the Python logic and data processing. The rest of the platform reads from what you produce.
