Job Description

Implementations Manager

LINK INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT INC

Role Description LINK is seeking a service-oriented and technically curious Implementations Manager to join our growing B2B SaaS Fintech company. This is a full-time, fully-remote role open to candidates anywhere in Canada. The Implementations Manager will own the end-to-end implementation of new plan sponsors — from contract execution through go-live and member onboarding — while also helping LINK design a repeatable integration process with HRIS and payroll partners through our integrations partner MERGE. The role is full-client-lifecycle, contributing to client success, member support, and partner enablement, with primary responsibility for implementation throughput and integration process design. - Own End-to-End Plan Sponsor Implementations - Manage a portfolio of new plan sponsor launches, from contract execution through go-live, training, and post-launch member onboarding. - Run discovery and kick-off meetings with plan sponsors, configure plan rooms and portal settings, and oversee plan build and quality assurance. - Coordinate sponsor admin training and support members through contribution setup and early issue resolution to ensure a smooth transition into steady-state. - Design and Operate the Integration Process - Partner with HRIS and payroll providers to scope and confirm integration requirements by platform type, and coordinate alignment across LINK, the partner, and the sponsor. - Help design a repeatable, documented integration process so that integration-led implementations can scale into a real LINK service offering over time. - Collaborate with Partners and Internal Teams - Work closely with referral partners and channel partners to ensure smooth lead handoff and a high-quality sponsor experience from first touch through launch. - Partner with the VP Client Success on partner enablement — surfacing referral quality issues, handoff gaps, and opportunities to strengthen joint processes. - Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to feed implementation and integration learnings into platform improvements and the CS AI roadmap. Qualifications - 3–6 years of experience in client success, implementation, onboarding, or technical account management roles — ideally in B2B SaaS, Fintech, HR Tech, or financial services. - Demonstrated success owning customer implementations end-to-end, including contracting, configuration, training, and post-launch support. - Comfort with integration-related work — including HRIS and payroll integrations — is a strong asset. - Strong customer retention and relationship-building skills; experience driving adoption, advocacy, and references is a plus. - Familiarity with workplace savings products (RRSP, TFSA, DPSP) is an asset but not required. - Knowledge of AI and large language model (LLM) platforms is an asset; bonus points for experience with Claude. Fluency in a second language is a nice-to-have. Requirements - Naturally curious and technically comfortable — happy to learn how an integration works under the hood and explain it back to a non-technical sponsor. - Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership; able to manage a portfolio of concurrent launches independently and bring structure to ambiguous situations. - Process-minded — instinctively documents what works, identifies what doesn’t, and continuously refines the playbook. - Consultative and service-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills and an entrepreneurial mindset. Benefits - Equity in the future of LINK - Competitive salary - Comprehensive benefits package - Training / Educational stipend Company Description LINK Investment Management provides business solutions for workplace savings programs from our headquarters in Calgary.
