Information Technology Project Coordinator

Role Description AlliedGlobal is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support IT infrastructure and field services projects across multiple client environments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their project management career who enjoys organization, coordination, communication, and working in fast-paced technical operations. - Support multiple active projects by maintaining schedules, task tracking, and project documentation - Assist Project Managers and Operations teams with project planning, status updates, and closeout activities - Track action items, risks, change orders, and project follow-ups - Coordinate with field technicians, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to support project execution - Maintain project dashboards, trackers, and reporting using tools like Monday.com, Excel, Smartsheet, or similar platforms - Prepare meeting notes, status reports, and project communications - Escalate blockers, delays, or operational risks when needed - Help improve project workflows, documentation, and coordination processes - Support infrastructure and low-voltage projects including structured cabling, fiber, wireless deployments, and access control initiatives Qualifications - 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, administration, or project support roles - Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Comfortable working with spreadsheets, project tracking tools, and shared documentation systems - Proactive mindset with strong follow-through and problem-solving abilities - Availability to occasionally support projects outside standard business hours Requirements - Exposure to IT infrastructure, low-voltage, field services, or construction environments - Experience coordinating technicians, dispatch operations, or multi-site deployments - Familiarity with Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar project management platforms Benefits - Remote work opportunity - Competitive monthly salary of $2,300 USD - Contractor agreement - Paid in USD - Opportunity to work with international teams
