This role can be performed remotely from anywhere within the United States. The Project Manager will lead complex finance transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on BlackLine implementations and financial close optimization. This role is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle — from initiation through successful implementation and project closure — while ensuring alignment between business requirements, finance processes, and technology capabilities. Role Description ENTACT is actively seeking an experienced Project Manager/Engineer - Water Treatment in the environmental remediation and geotechnical construction industry. Candidates must be open to sustained project-based travel within the US. Project locations will vary depending on the assignment. The Project Manager/Engineer – Water Treatment will be responsible for the full life cycle of water treatment systems on projects. This individual will exhibit a high level of attention to detail, adept time management skills, and a “lead from the front” attitude. This associate must be open to periods of sustained project-based travel as needed. Essential Job Functions: - Plan, lead and direct work in a safe and compliant manner. - Read water quality analytics and produce block flow diagram for the type of system needed based on influent analytical results and effluent discharge criteria using AutoCAD software. - Able to generate water treatment system mass balance using Excel. - Develop water treatment system process piping, instrumentation, and treatment drawings in AutoCAD. - Generate water treatment system process equipment layout drawing and piping isometrics to construct system. - Able to perform water treatment equipment selection and develop equipment electrical schedules in Excel. - Able to perform jar tests with various coagulants and flocculants to determine best chemical feed rates for the water treatment system. - Generate an estimate for the water treatment system for mobilization, construction, commissioning, operation, and demobilization using Excel. - Generate request for proposal documents to include bidders list, statement of work, bid form, and instruction to bidder’s letter for the solicitation of the work using Word and Excel templates. - Develop a schedule for the water treatment system mobilization, construction, commissioning, operation, and demobilization using Microsoft Project or Primavera. - Oversee the construction/set-up of the system onsite and train ENTACT operators how to run and maintain the system. - Analyze water treatment system process issues and provide solutions. - Work with project team and vendors to meet project goals and objectives during preconstruction phase of the project. - Review vendor and subcontractor solicitations and analyze bids through generation of bid abstract using Excel. - Make technical recommendations to proposal and project team that provides value engineered approaches for water treatment system process and subcomponent applications. - Able to travel and oversee projects across the United States as needed. - Able to work unsupervised and meet agreed upon deadlines. - Able to acquire NPDES State specific Operator licenses upon request.
