This position supports about 7 hospital accounts in Middlesex, Somerset and Monmouth Counties. Schedule: Hybrid- Onsite at the 7 hospital locations at least monthly + remote work. Note that in 2026, this position may be required to be onsite more often with these new accounts. #LI- Hybrid COMPENSATION: The hourly rate or salary range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000. Job Responsibilities - Makes daily, weekly and quarterly updates in CBORD patient menu system including building new menu items, patient diets, food allergen tagging, and nutrition information. - Conducts review of all menu items and nutrition information quarterly for compliance - Maintains CBORD floor stock system and updates as necessary - Create and present training to food service teams on patient diets, modified textures, food allergies, etc. - Collaborate with culinary teams on patient tray data and food production forecasting - Creates and analyzes patient dining reports on regular basis - Troubleshoots patient dining issues on an ongoing basis - Collaborates with diet office, dietitians, food service managers and hospital administration - Visits hospital locations at least monthly to conduct audits, training and updates with the food service teams Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in nutrition, dietetics or similar field - Active Registered Dietitian credential with CDR strongly preferred - Minimum of 3 years of progressive acute care or long term care experience in food service operations required. - Working knowledge of CBORD required - Solid computer proficiency with IT programs and Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently and complete projects in a timely manner Conditions of employment may or may not include busy hospital and outpatient settings, from patient rooms/floors to kitchen/serving areas.
