Senior Lease Administrator

Role Description The Lease Administrator reports to an Account Manager or Director/Principal depending on the client account, ensures the accuracy of the database information, timeliness of reporting to the client, the efficient management of day-to-day operations between the Company and the client, and directs and controls the normal, daily operations for the client account, among other tasks. - Independently and accurately abstract and perform quality control reviews of lease documents. - Update and maintain lease data in applicable real estate management system(s). - Ensure compliance with client SLA’s and/or CLA best practices. - Perform timely and accurate document processing, ensuring compliance with lease-level requirements. - Identify invoices that do/do not match the rent forecast and resolve exceptions. - Communicate with both internal and external stakeholders. - Complete CPI/prorated rent adjustments and estoppel reviews. - Perform desktop reviews of all operating expense reconciliations. - Assist with client deliverables such as submission of reports and rent recommendations. - Manage multiple priorities, including multiple clients. - Participate in and complete project work as assigned. - Assist manager with training of new team members. - Establish and maintain documented client procedures and protocol. - Prepare, review and deliver internal/external reports and deliverables. - Update internal systems monthly or as change dictates. Qualifications - Excellent communication skills, capable of discussing strategic issues. - Intermediate math skills including ability to calculate CPI increases and percentage change. - Intermediate computer and database maintenance capabilities. - Ability to create necessary spreadsheets and documents with analysis in software (i.e., Excel). - 2-4 years experience in Lease Administration. - Experience with CoStar, ManagePath, Visual Lease, or other lease administration software. Requirements - Ability to travel (minimal). - Physical demands and work environment representative of those encountered while performing essential functions. Role Description As a Vice President, Strategic Account Director working within our Client Solutions team, you will build account relationships with our key occupier clients, delivering strategic portfolio solutions that align with their business goals. Acting as a senior advisor and relationship driver, you’ll collaborate across service lines—including leasing, capital markets, project management, and workplace strategy—to create long-term value for clients with complex real estate needs. - Serve as the primary relationship manager for major CRE clients with multi-market or high-value portfolios - Develop strategies for accounts you manage and others to align client business objectives with real estate solutions (e.g., portfolio optimization, workplace transformation, cost savings) - Collaborate with internal teams across transaction management, technology, workplace, capital markets, and project management to execute integrated service delivery - Lead strategic planning sessions, annual account reviews, and executive briefings - Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities through expansion of service lines and geographic reach - The market expert, advising clients on CRE trends, risk mitigation, and investment strategies - Support the negotiation of master service agreements, contracts, and renewals - Ensure high client satisfaction and retention, tracking KPIs such as occupancy cost reductions, lease performance, and utilization Qualifications - 15+ years of experience in commercial real estate, account management, or portfolio strategy - Strong knowledge of real estate lifecycle services (lease administration, facilities, transactions, etc.) - Proven ability to manage and grow enterprise-level client accounts in CRE - Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, with comfort engaging C-suite executives - Ability to analyze market trends, portfolio data, and operational performance - Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or commensurate experience - Familiarity with industry leading platforms (CoStar, Salesforce, Tableau, Smartsheet) is a plus Preferred Experience - Experience managing Fortune 500 occupier clients - Multi-market or global portfolio oversight - Managing Capital Budgets - Deep understanding of real estate portfolio strategy - Experience implementing real estate best practices - KPI/SLA Management Physical Requirements Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. You will be working with our team of in-house developers building our suite of cutting-edge web applications, designed to help Cresa's real estate brokers and clients strategically manage their real estate portfolios. Specifically, you will work on a powerful tool called Bluechip Insights, which is built in ReactJS and Laravel, leveraging a beautiful user interface and powerful enterprise data sources, combined with rapidly advancing AI models, to help users strategically identify new locations.
