Role Description The Sales Operations Executive plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of daily sales operations within a dynamic, remote-first environment based in Saudi Arabia. This position is central to maintaining operational accuracy, financial reconciliation, and cross-departmental coordination across sales, finance, and operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, self-driven, and proficient in SAP ERP systems, with a strong focus on order processing, invoice reconciliation, and data integrity. This long-term opportunity offers career growth, a supportive team culture, and the chance to contribute to scalable business processes in a fast-paced industry. - Manage daily sales order processing and ensure accurate entry of orders into SAP ERP systems. - Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth handling of customer orders and operational workflows. - Reconcile invoices with received payments and maintain precise reconciliation records. - Prepare Credit Notes (CNs) for refunds, deductions, returns, and adjustments as needed. - Track pending invoices and support payment follow-ups to ensure timely resolution. - Update Google Sheets, operational trackers, and sales reports on a daily basis. - Monitor operational activities and escalate any discrepancies or issues to management promptly. - Maintain organized and up-to-date records of transactions, reports, and operational documentation. - Support administrative and operational tasks to enhance workflow efficiency. - Assist in ensuring data accuracy and consistency across SAP and other operational systems. Qualifications - Proven experience in Sales Operations, Sales Coordination, Back Office Operations, ERP Support, or related roles. - Solid understanding of SAP ERP systems and order management processes. - Hands-on experience in invoice reconciliation, reporting, and sales support functions. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data management and reporting. - Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. - Effective communication and coordination abilities across teams. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote setting. - Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or operations support is a plus. - Valid Iqama (Family Visa or Work Visa) is mandatory. - Female candidates are preferred. - Open to all nationalities.
