• Brindar atención de calidad mundial a colaboradores de nuestros clientes más importantes. • Realizar el soporte diario de Humand en distintos clientes de Latinoamérica. • Identificar inconvenientes y ayudar a resolverlos con velocidad y calidez. • Contactar a los líderes de RR. HH. de distintas empresas, a quienes vas a brindarles apoyo y capacitación a la hora de resolver sus inquietudes. • Capacitar a nuestros clientes y educarlos con el uso de nuestra plataforma. • Realizar el reporting y seguimiento de sus inconvenientes, recopilando feedback para nuestro equipo de Producto. • Entender los problemas de los clientes para ayudarlos a mejorar sus procesos con ideas innovadoras para ellos.

Job Requirements

  • Experiencia mínima de 1 años en Soporte al Cliente o Customer Experience (excluyente).
  • Inglés avanzado (excluyente).
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en horario de 12 a 21hs ARG (excluyente).
  • Conocimientos y curiosidad por uso de herramientas de IA.
  • Conocimientos básicos de desarrollo web o comodidad con herramientas de programación.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, con empatía y simpatía.
  • Manejo ágil de múltiples clientes en simultáneo.
  • Creatividad para pensar ideas de soluciones inteligentes: ir más allá del típico caso de uso para cada cliente encontrando "hacks" y "workarounds" a los obstáculos.
  • Capacidad de adaptación para el ambiente en constante evolución de una startup en muy rápido crecimiento.
  • Priorización y organización de tu tiempo y el de los clientes.

As a Nutritional Support Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in helping patients with chronic conditions achieve better health through nutritional education, reinforcement, and compassionate care coordination. What You’ll Do: - Patient Outreach & Nutritional Counseling: - Manage an assigned panel of 300-350 patients and conduct required monthly nutritional outreach and support. - Conduct 50-60+ daily phone calls with patients, providing nutritional care plan support and health coaching tailored to their specific conditions. - Maintain call quality standards and professional communication in every patient interaction; pass regular QA call reviews. - Nutrition Planning & Patient Education: - Educate patients on nutrition concepts, dietary modifications, and weight management strategies. - Simplify complex nutritional information for diverse patient populations. - Reinforce provider-directed nutritional guidance and support patient adherence to established care plans. - Care Coordination & Collaboration: - Collaborate with clinical teams, providers, and caregivers to identify and address nutritional and clinical needs. - Support care coordination goals by staying on schedule with monthly outreach targets. - Escalate patient concerns or changes in condition to appropriate clinical staff per established protocols. - Documentation & Compliance: - Document all patient interactions in real time using the care coordination platform. - Maintain HIPAA compliance in all patient communications and documentation. - Ensure accurate documentation to support care coordination goals. Qualifications - Minimum 2+ years of experience in a healthcare role such as care coordination, health coaching, Medical Assistant. - Must hold a nationally recognized medical assistant certification (CMA, RMA, CCMA, NCMA, CMAC, or equivalent state-issued MA-C). - OR Active Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse license: Must have a multi-state compact license. - Willing to obtain company-paid state-specific license, if needed. - Minimum 2+ years of clinical nutrition counseling or dietary care coordination experience. - 2+ years of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and computer navigation experience. - Demonstrated ability to educate patients and simplify complex nutritional concepts. - HIPAA-compliant home office setup with minimum 50 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload internet capability. - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
