You will leverage data analysis and technical insight to identify root causes of process issues, implement corrective actions, and lead improvement initiatives. Role Description NCPG is seeking a Senior Finance & Operations Manager to oversee the organization’s financial management and day-to-day operational functions. This role plays a key part in strengthening operational infrastructure as NCPG continues to expand its national impact. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Sr. Finance & Operations Manager oversees outsourced accounting and HR vendors, manages financial processes, supports grant compliance, and ensures administrative systems are optimized for growth and sustainability. This senior-level role partners closely with the Executive Director and leadership team to ensure strong financial stewardship, operational efficiency, and compliance in support of NCPG’s mission. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who brings both strategic insight and practical execution across finance, operations, and organizational infrastructure. This position is fully remote within the United States and requires about 15% travel (two in-person events annually, and a minimum of 2 trips for Board of Directors Meetings).
