Director, Business Systems – GTM Technology
PEX
• Serve as the business-side architect for Salesforce, owning data model, process design, and change governance, and own the SFDX-based CI/CD release process • Manage and direct a Salesforce developer and a GTM analyst — translating business requirements into executable work, holding delivery accountability, and developing the team toward greater autonomy • Provide governance for connected GTM tools including Gong, Orum, and the inContact / Salesforce integration layer • Manage the OneTrust, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics relationship, ensuring compliant and accurate marketing data flows • Partner with the data team (Snowflake, dbt, Power BI) to centralize marketing analytics and surface campaign performance, attribution, and funnel reporting that marketing and sales can act on • Own the internally developed .NET CRM service — the integration layer between the PEX platform and Salesforce REST APIs. Coordinating with PEX engineering for ongoing maintenance and evolution • Establish KPIs, dashboards, and a measurement culture across the function, pushing toward signal over noise • Act as the day-to-day decision-making layer between the CIO and the team on business systems issues, reducing escalation and enabling faster execution • Evaluate and recommend tooling changes with a bias toward simplicity, AI-enabled, and total cost of ownership.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years in business systems, GTM technology, marketing operations, or a closely related function, with direct hands-on ownership of Salesforce and HubSpot
- Strong experience managing and developing IC reports in technical or operational disciplines
- Technical enough to evaluate architecture, write a requirements document, own an integration decision, and hold a developer accountable
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, change management, and release governance
- Familiarity with IVR integrations (inContact, Five9, Genesys, or similar)
- Familiarity with modern data stacks (Snowflake, dbt, Power BI or similar BI tooling)
- Working knowledge of consent management platforms (OneTrust or similar) and Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics / Posthog
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to strengthen governance over tools and platforms connected to CRM systems
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders — marketing, sales, and engineering equally
- Experience with agile methodologies
- Strong understanding of GTM data flows, attribution models, and integration patterns between CRM, marketing automation, and BI
- Ability to operate individually and as part of a team

Role Description NCPG is seeking a Senior Finance & Operations Manager to oversee the organization’s financial management and day-to-day operational functions. This role plays a key part in strengthening operational infrastructure as NCPG continues to expand its national impact. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Sr. Finance & Operations Manager oversees outsourced accounting and HR vendors, manages financial processes, supports grant compliance, and ensures administrative systems are optimized for growth and sustainability. This senior-level role partners closely with the Executive Director and leadership team to ensure strong financial stewardship, operational efficiency, and compliance in support of NCPG’s mission. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who brings both strategic insight and practical execution across finance, operations, and organizational infrastructure. This position is fully remote within the United States and requires about 15% travel (two in-person events annually, and a minimum of 2 trips for Board of Directors Meetings).
