Requirements - 3+ years of client-facing (internal or external) People Analytics, or Human Capital Consulting experience. - Bachelor’s, or Master's Degree with a quantitative focus (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, IO Psychology) and/or a degree in HR preferred, or equivalent professional experience. - Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in inferential statistics (e.g., correlation, regression) and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. - Experience with analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, R, or Python (advanced tools preferred, but not required). - Solid understanding of HR data and employee lifecycle processes (talent acquisition, development, workforce planning, employee listening, etc.). - Strong data analytics skills with the ability to leverage multiple internal and external data sources to enable data-driven insights and inform strategic talent decisions. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings to business leaders. - Proven ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple concurrent projects and adapting to shifting priorities while maintaining high standards of quality.
