Join us and help create moments that matter. https://www.universalproductsexperiences.com/ Job Description The Contract Management Manager is a key member of the Universal Products & Experiences (UP&E) team, responsible for overseeing the contract lifecycle across specific territories and/or product categories. This role reports to the Sr. Manager - Contract Management. The Contract Management team works across functions and shepherds deals from the pitch phase all the way through final execution and payment. The team works closely with Category, Finance, Legal, Controllership and IT to streamline the deal process and assist where necessary to maintain an efficient deal workflow, from start to finish. The ideal candidate is a proactive and detail oriented problem-solver who takes ownership of projects, who has some contract, licensing and/or data entry experience, and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Contract & Deal Management - Manage the full contract lifecycle-from deal memo through asset release and execution-while improving processes, reporting, and KPIs; - Lead contract management for assigned territories/categories, including status meetings and escalation handling; - Ensure accurate deal entry in CRM, compliance with guidelines, and proper documentation through to execution; - Oversee customer creation and deal reconciliation in RSG, including fully executed deals; - Monitor and track contract renewals to ensure timely execution; Systems, Reporting & Compliance - Serve as a super-user for RightsLogic/RSG, providing training and support to internal teams; - Resolve accounting-related deal entry issues in coordination with Finance and Controllership; - Develop and enhance reporting tools to support decision-making; - Issue customs letters and other required documentation for executed deals; Operations & Projects - Contribute to ad hoc projects and operational initiatives (e.g., Licensing Guidelines, product approval tracking); - Collaborate with Coordinators to ensure timely completion of daily revenue-related tasks and projects. Qualifications Basic Requirements: - Relevant work experience with Consumer Products, Games, Publishing businesses strongly desired - Experience with a royalty-based business preferred - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Solid background with systems, policy setting, and processes - Ability to produce accurate, fit-for-purpose reports from system data - Advanced MS office skills - Excellent data analytical skills Desired Characteristics: - Previous experience with contract management systems preferred - Strong communication & presentation skills This position has been designated as hybrid, which currently requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. Role Description We are hiring an Area Manager to work with our Upstream Operations team. This position reports to our Director RNG Operations and is remote based with responsibility for plants in Detroit and Marshall Michigan, Minneapolis, Minnesota and Shiloh, Ohio. Travel to those sites is required with at least 50% working from a plant site. The Area Manager of Renewable Natural Gas and Renewable Power will oversee the daily operations of multiple RNG and RP plants. This operational leader will ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency across facilities, and drive performance to meet production, quality, and profitability goals. The role involves managing lead operators from various sites, fostering teamwork, implementing strategic initiatives to optimize plant operations, and being personally responsible for the results. Duties and Responsibilities - Prioritize safety and environmental performance, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. - Mentor and manage lead operators across multiple sites, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and operational excellence. - Communicate goals clearly and resolve employee issues effectively. - Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive results, ensure stable operations, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. - Identify root causes and take steps to prevent recurrence. - Maximize economic value from RNG and RP plants, allocate resources effectively, and identify opportunities for justified enhancement investments. - Implement/ensure completion of operator training to enhance system knowledge. - Operate preventative and predictive maintenance programs to ensure reliable asset performance. - Develop and manage operational budgets, review cost-control reports, and ensure cost-effective resource use. - Maintain relationships with utilities, energy managers, landfill O&M partners, and regulatory bodies, ensuring accurate data collection for reporting and compliance. - Stay updated on equipment operation best practices, industry standards, and technical advancements to optimize plant performance.
