QA Engineer
Veeva
• Create and maintain testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, and bug reports. • Document test execution results in the designated test case management application. • Conduct QA tests and verify outcomes according to project schedules and timelines. • Identify, document, and explain defects within the defect tracking system. • Collaborate with the automation group to increase regression coverage for new and existing features. • Acquire and maintain detailed knowledge of the product suite. • Work in an Agile team environment alongside software engineers and product managers.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a functional QA Engineer in the United States.
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate within an Agile framework with a focus on efficiency and quality.
- Comprehensive understanding of Software QA methodologies, including black box and grey box testing.
- Experience writing test cases for sanity, boundary, negative, compatibility, and concurrency testing.
- Technical knowledge of web, mobile, and desktop application testing.
- Experience executing SQL database queries.
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Sciences, or equivalent professional experience.
- Must reside in the Pacific or Mountain Time Zones.
- Must have unrestricted right to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available.
