Onboarding Payer Operations Coordinator

• Execute day-to-day provider enrollment, credentialing, and licensing tasks under the guidance of Specialists and Team Leads, ensuring accurate and timely completion. • Accurately input, maintain, and update provider data across credentialing databases and internal systems, upholding data integrity standards. • Review and process enrollment applications, supporting documentation, and status updates while maintaining quality and compliance with payer requirements. • Identify and escalate issues, discrepancies, or complex cases to the appropriate team member in a timely manner. • Participate in team meetings, provide status updates on assigned tasks, and proactively learn workflows, SOPs, and systems to build operational expertise. • Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment by supporting process improvement efforts and demonstrating a growth mindset.
Job Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in provider credentialing, healthcare administration, or related operations; recent graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data entry and document management.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to follow established workflows, learn new systems quickly, and escalate complex cases appropriately.
- Genuine enthusiasm for Allara's mission and a desire to learn and grow within the healthcare operations field.
- Familiarity with credentialing platforms such as CAQH or Verifiable, or data management tools such as Airtable, is a plus.
