• Issue and record incoming and outgoing tax invoices • Verify basic request data, contracts, and applicable taxes (ICMS, ISS, PIS, COFINS) • Enter and validate fiscal documents in the ERP system • Support the organization and filing of fiscal documents • Perform basic billing controls and support data reconciliation • Respond to internal stakeholders' requests and clarify basic questions about tax invoices • Monitor billing deadlines and support the monthly close • Suggest operational improvements to the area's processes
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a university degree
- Experience issuing and/or recording incoming and outgoing tax invoices
- Familiarity with basic tax verification tasks (ICMS, ISS, PIS, COFINS)
