Role Description SAGE Counseling is actively looking for a full-time Financial Eligibility Specialist to provide support for clients at SAGE through email and phone. This position will: - Conduct initial outreach via telephone and email to individuals for AHCCCS eligibility assistance - Provide follow up within 3 business days to individuals not responding to initial outreach attempts - Conduct AHCCCS eligibility screening through WEAPlus to determine individual eligibility for AHCCCS enrollment - Provide individual application assistance to clients utilizing the HEAPlus portal - Document all outreach and assistance in SAGE's electronic health record (EHR) - Credible - Apply payments as applicable - Conduct other billing and eligibility related duties as assigned The ideal candidate for this position is an organized, detail-oriented individual who is able to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment, with a strong work ethic and a background in office administration. This is a full-time position - Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm. This is a remote position, and will be provided with equipment to perform job duties remotely. Must reside in Arizona. • The Financial Analyst is responsible for providing insights, solutions, and decision support to internal Finance and business partners to drive the five-year strategic plan and financial stewardship goals. • This role requires proactive analysis of the business, including operating metrics and financial activities. • As the subject matter expert of financial activities for the given area served, this individual will be responsible to build collaborative relationships with internal customers and present financial materials that can be understood by non-financial customers. • This individual leads the communication and timeline of internal financial processes (close, forecast, budget, etc.). • The ideal candidate will also create ad hoc reports to support financial processes, special projects, and long-range plans. • This individual assists the financial aspect of annual planning, forecasting and the monthly close process and ensures financially sound business plans. • In addition, being motivated to learn the business, challenge the status quo, and identify solutions to problems – while embracing a positive team culture focused on democratizing cellular therapy – will ensure success in this role.
