• Lead the design, development, and execution of a comprehensive QA strategy aligned with platform goals. • Define and maintain quality standards, best practices, and metrics across projects. • Manage and mentor QA engineers, driving continuous skill development and cross-team collaboration. • Partner with Product, Engineering, and DevOps to integrate QA practices seamlessly into the SDLC. • Promote a culture of early testing, continuous feedback, and quality ownership across teams. • Architect, implement, and maintain scalable, maintainable UI and API automation frameworks using tools like Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium. • Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) for continuous validation. • Oversee planning and execution of all testing types — functional, regression, integration, smoke, and UAT. • Analyze defects and test outcomes to identify patterns and drive systemic quality improvements.
Job Requirements
- 10–15 years’ experience in Software Quality Assurance and Test Engineering
- Experience in Automated testing (UI/API), QA strategy and frameworks, Selenium, Playwright, Postman, Cypress, ADO, CI/CD integration, test case management, QA metrics, Agile testing
- Experience in Performance testing (JMeter), GenAI test automation tools (e.g., Co Pilot, GPT-assisted testing), accessibility and usability testing, exposure to Azure cloud environments
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
