Job Description

Senior Product Manager, Education, AI & Professional Development

Colibri Group

• Own end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for the Professional Development suite and AI Professional Development offerings, with clear accountability for business results (enrollment, revenue, margin, retention, and learner value). • Lead AI-driven product innovation: translate emerging AI capabilities into practical, outcome-oriented learning experiences that are not just conceptual but tool-driven and learner-trusted. • Define and iterate on customer problems, navigate ambiguity, bring clarity to the problem space, and make confident product decisions that deliver meaningful business impact. • Push value across the full product lifecycle — content ideation, production, delivery, and continuous improvement — while elevating instructional design and learner experience. • Own P&L outcomes for the portfolio, including revenue growth, pricing strategy, margin performance, and key metrics such as enrollment, completion, NPS, repeat purchase, and long-term retention. • Master customer signals: build continuous feedback loops, analyze behavioral data and learner insights, and use them to refine strategy and unlock new growth opportunities. • Co-own go-to-market success with marketing, growth, sales, and delivery teams — shaping positioning, packaging, and launch readiness. • Influence without authority across Product, Technology, Content, Marketing, and Delivery functions to align on priorities and deliver scalable results. • Evaluate AI education services for potential acquisition or build (buy-versus-build decisions) and integrate advanced AI tools (including Claude with Model Context Protocol) into workflows. • Ensure responsible, ethical, and effective use of AI in education products, with strong emphasis on quality, reliability, scalability, and learner trust.

Job Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of product management experience with proven ownership of strategy, roadmap, and measurable business outcomes (highest priority).
  • Demonstrated success launching and scaling education, EdTech, or curriculum-based products.
  • Must-have instructional design experience and deep understanding of learning theory, interactive course elements, and the full course lifecycle from ideation to production.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills; ability to influence product, content, marketing, and technology teams without direct authority.
  • Experience owning or materially influencing P&L, pricing, financial forecasting, and business-focused product decisions (growth/business PM orientation, not purely technical).
  • Proven ability to explore ambiguous problem spaces, read and act on customer signals, and keep the customer at the center of every decision.
  • Daily applied experience with AI tools in product workflows (especially Claude with integrated data sources and Model Context Protocol / MCP).
  • Self-motivated ownership mentality; comfortable navigating uncertainty, synthesizing market/performance/customer data, and making high-judgment calls independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or ongoing learning in product management, AI, or professional education preferred.
  • Familiarity with real estate professional education or career development models is a plus.
