Job Requirements
- 8+ years in B2B social and community, ideally in enterprise SaaS or technology.
- Demonstrated experience owning LinkedIn at scale for a B2B brand and pushing the function past the obvious playbook.
- Track record of running an employee advocacy program with measurable reach and engagement.
- Active community participation across at least some of the surfaces we care about (Reddit, B2B Slacks, vertical forums).
- Hands-on AI fluency. You use AI agents and LLM tools daily, and can show specific examples of how you’ve built or implemented them.
- Strong measurement conviction. You can name the right metrics for social and community at this stage of a brand and report on them holistically.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
