Role Description Community Health Network of Connecticut, Inc. (CHNCT) is currently seeking three (3) Community Health Workers for the Rural Health Transformation Program. The Rural Health Transformation (RHT) Program is a federal grant that empowers states to strengthen rural communities across America by improving healthcare access, quality, and outcomes by transforming the healthcare delivery ecosystem. Under the direction of the Community Health Worker Team Lead, the Community Health Worker serves as a staff resource with specialized knowledge and experience in reducing barriers to accessing care. Architecture Specialist - Intermediate (AI Community) Preferred availability 4 to 40 hours per week Compensation USD 10 - 25 per hour About the Role: Do you have an eye for design? At TELUS Digital, we are teaching AI to move from 2D screens into 3D reality. As an Architecture Specialist, you will help AI understand buildings, floor plans, and how people move through spaces. You are the "Architect" for the AI's spatial brain. What You'll Do (Simple Tasks): - Plan Verification: Review AI-generated floor plans to make sure they follow basic architectural rules and logical layouts. - 3D Labeling: Identify parts of a building (walls, stairs, exits) in 3D data so the AI learns to "see" structures correctly. - Style Accuracy: Check if the AI correctly identifies different architectural styles and structural elements. - Safety Rules: Ensure the AI's design advice follows basic building safety and engineering logic. Mandatory Qualifications: - Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering. - Native Language: Native-level proficiency to help with localized building signs and mapping. - English Proficiency: Basic (B1) English for technical spatial reporting. AI models power the maps we use every day for delivery and travel, but they often struggle to understand the real world. At TELUS Digital, we are looking for Geography enthusiasts to be the "eyes on the ground" for our AI. You will look at satellite images and maps to make sure the AI is identifying roads, buildings, and landmarks correctly. You help the AI understand exactly where things are. What You'll Do (Simple Tasks): - Confirming Landmarks: Look at a photo from space and tell the AI: "Yes, that is a hospital," or "No, that is actually a shopping mall." - Route Checking: Look at a map and make sure the AI isn't suggesting a route that is impossible (like driving a car through a park or a walking path). - Naming Places: Use your local knowledge to make sure the AI is using the correct names for neighborhoods, streets, and natural features in your region. - Environmental Tagging: Help the AI identify things like forests, rivers, or new construction sites on a map.
