QuestBridge
• Participate in the planning and execution of the team’s work to maximize the impact of QuestBridge’s programs for high school students. • Provide operational support to college partners enabling their participation in QuestBridge programs. • Develop communications and resources for college partners, ensuring messaging is presented in a clear and concise way. • Analyze partner data trends to better understand and facilitate student placements. • Plan partner colleges’ participation in QuestBridge events, including collaborative meetings and conferences. • Track partner engagement and communication through Salesforce CRM. • Manage college partner participation in QuestBridge outreach and education efforts, such as our in-person and virtual conferences. • Play a significant role efforts to evaluate and select students for various programs. • Perform other administrative and miscellaneous tasks as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of full-time professional experience.
- Passion for and knowledge of issues in higher education, particularly highly selective college admissions and financial aid processes.
- Process oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to understand and communicate complex processes in a straightforward way.
- Ability to manage multiple programs while maintaining a high level of organization and professionalism.
- Strong comfort with technology and data, with the ability to evaluate and improve current operations.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with superior writing and editing ability.
- Heightened sensitivity to students from low-income backgrounds and a strong track record of handling sensitive personal information and situations.
