Job Description

Senior Specialist, Strategic Operations

Zillow

• Conduct in-market and virtual outreach to Brokers, MLSs, Associations, Agents, and Industry Partners to retain, acquire and drive product adoption • Conduct outreach to Brokers, Agents, MLSs, and Associations to acquire listings and listing agreements • Host webinars and in-person presentations to further business goals • Conduct training/onboarding and work one-on-one with business partners • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events on behalf of ShowingTime+ and Zillow Group • Proactively connect and partner with various internal teams including Broker, MLS and Association Industry Affairs teams, as well as Broker and MLS Development Teams • Occasionally host full team meetings, huddles, and project meetings • Communicate regional metrics and present to management and stakeholders • Work with peers to de-escalate and find solutions to issues

Job Requirements

  • Solid understanding and experience with the real estate industry
  • Active real estate license is a plus
  • 1 year + creating and facilitating training content
  • Must possess excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced, goal driven environment, perform at a high level and be motivated to get results
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Organized, creative and okay with ambiguity but driven to create clarity
  • Adaptable, able to work on multiple projects or change priorities if necessary
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - an emphasis on virtual comms (Zoom, Google Meetups, etc.) is a bonus
  • Familiar with business support software applications such as Salesforce, Google Sheets, Tableau, Zendesk, Asana, etc.
