Executive Assistant

Castlight Health

• Provide high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to senior executive leadership • Manage complex, high-volume calendars, including internal meetings and travel • Draft, edit, and coordinate executive-level correspondence and presentations • Coordinate leadership meetings and prepare agendas and materials • Manage travel logistics, expense reporting, and administrative workflows • Support special initiatives and conduct basic research as assigned

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives (C-suite or equivalent)
  • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive presence
  • High degree of discretion, professionalism, and judgment
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment
