Role Description Estamos buscando um(a) Consultor Sênior de Implementação Oracle HCM Cloud para integrar nosso time e desempenhar um papel fundamental na construção do futuro da nossa empresa. Qualifications - Inglês Fluente, com forte capacidade de comunicação verbal e escrita. - Mais de 5 anos de experiência prática implementando Oracle HCM Cloud. - Experiência comprovada em pelo menos 3 implementações completas (full-cycle) do Oracle HCM. - Sólido entendimento dos processos de RH, incluindo hire-to-retire, ciclos de remuneração, adesão a benefícios e gestão de desempenho. - Experiência com atualizações trimestrais e processos de upgrade do Oracle HCM Cloud. - Conhecimento avançado dos módulos do Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits). - Proficiência em HDL (HCM Data Loader), HSDL e ferramentas de migração de dados. - Forte experiência com OTBI, relatórios BIP e HCM Extracts. - Conhecimento prático de Fast Formulas e Page Composer. - Experiência com o modelo de segurança do Oracle HCM e controle de acesso baseado em perfis (role-based access control). - Disponibilidade para atuar a partir das 04h30 para cobrir o fuso horário de Israel. Role Description The Senior Network Engineer and Firewall Implementation is a dual role member of the Managed Security Services (MSS) Team and is responsible for helping the MSS and Managed Cloud Teams implement, manage and maintain client firewalls and switches. This role will be an escalation and confirmation point in the process of event triage and response for client firewall, switching, and VPN related issues and must be able to perform many different tasks within the SOC and mentor other SOC resources to further expand the SOC’s capabilities and capacity to grow, with a focus on extending the firewall and network administration capabilities within the team.
