This position is responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales leads to support Account Executives. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery, and individual research. - Make calls to prospects for new business discovery. - Follow up on a steady flow of inbound leads from various marketing initiatives. - Accurately communicate the value of our products and services. - Accurately manage Salesforce.com activities, and activities related to other business tools. - Support team members and other associates. - Meet or exceed monthly quota objectives for setting sales-qualified appointments. - Maintain an accurate record of all activities and account information in Salesforce and - Strategically follow-up with prospects. - Develop and nurture connections/relationships with prospects by phone or email. - Work under general supervision, but a high degree of entrepreneurial spirit, initiative, and creativity is required. Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Account Development, or Sales, preferably within the B2B SaaS (software) industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
- Experience using a CRM platform; Salesforce.com preferred.

Qualifications - 8+ years of experience selling geospatial, space, ISR, or defense technology into U.S. Department of Defense or Intelligence Community customers, with direct ownership of pipeline and account growth. - Active TS clearance required; TS/SCI strongly preferred. - Proven history of shaping and closing multi-year U.S. government contracts, including influencing requirements before formal solicitation release. - Strong working knowledge of FAR-based contracts, OTAs, BAAs, CSOs, and IDIQ vehicles, including how programs transition from pilot efforts into sustained funding. - Demonstrated experience engaging across operational commands, program executive offices, contracting activities, and SES-level leadership. - Ability to identify mission capability gaps and convert them into executable capture strategies, coordinating closely with internal technical teams. - Experience operating in classified environments and secure customer settings, including on-site engagements and exercise support. - Willingness to travel regularly CONUS and OCONUS, including exercises, demonstrations, and field engagements. - Executive presence with senior military officers and senior civilian leadership, combined with credibility at the operator and analyst level.
