• Develop and execute content marketing initiatives aligned with overall marketing strategy and business priorities • Create, edit, and manage high‑quality content including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns, sales enablement materials, and website content • Collaborate with the VP of Marketing and cross‑functional marketing partners to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice • Manage the content development process from concept through publication, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met • Partner with subject matter experts to translate complex topics into clear, engaging, and audience‑focused content • Support demand generation and integrated marketing campaigns with relevant content assets • Optimize content for SEO and digital performance in collaboration with digital marketing stakeholders • Maintain and update existing content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and consistency with current messaging • Track and report on content effectiveness using available metrics and recommend improvements • Ensure all content complies with Cisive brand, legal, and regulatory standards
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing, content strategy, or related marketing roles
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail
- Experience developing B2B marketing content across multiple channels
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and content performance metrics
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and common content management systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment

Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Repair Standards Content Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for researching, translating, and assembling the database for our Collision Repair Standards product line. You'll produce technically accurate automotive collision repair information from Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) service information while meeting established productivity standards.
