Role Description VirtueStaff is seeking a highly sophisticated, remote Probate & Litigation Paralegal to provide comprehensive case management and drafting support for our client. This role demands paralegal-level precision, with a workload split between Estate/Probate Law and Personal Injury/Civil Litigation. You will act as a vital operational partner, managing communication with attorneys and opposing counsel, handling medical documentation pipelines, and independently drafting complex pleadings, discovery, and disclosure statements specifically tailored to Arizona court standards. - Draft civil complaints, probate petitions, disclosure statements, discovery requests, and other critical pleadings for the Superior Courts of Arizona (specifically Maricopa, Pima, and Pinal counties) - Utilize LEAP for daily case management and WealthCounsel for specialized estate/probate document assembly - Manage the end-to-end medical documentation workflow—including ordering medical records, reviewing documentation, preparing civil demand letters, calculating reduction requests, and drafting payment letters - Serve as a core communication hub by managing incoming telephone calls via RingCentral and coordinating with attorneys and opposing counsel via Microsoft Outlook and Teams - Maintain a secure, highly organized electronic filing system using Box.com Qualifications - Proven background as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant with a strong command of both Civil Litigation and Probate Law - Deep familiarity with Arizona court rules and specific experience drafting and filing pleadings in Maricopa, Pima, and Pinal counties - Hands-on, practical experience with LEAP case management software and WealthCounsel drafting software is highly preferred - Proficiency in Box.com, Microsoft Teams, and RingCentral is required - Solid understanding of the personal injury lifecycle, including medical record review, the demand process, and negotiating medical reductions - The confidence and critical thinking skills of an Executive VA, capable of working independently in a remote environment while maintaining sharp attention to detail Benefits - Work From Home - Performance Bonus

This position will work closely with our Real Estate Litigation team to assist with all aspects of case preparation and file management from commencement through settlement or trial.
