• Ensure effective document intake • Be accountable for the heavy drafting and reviewing of immigration forms and letters • Apply excellent attention to detail in immigration petitions preparation • Assist in general ad-hoc requests as needed by attorneys • Be a source of knowledge for the team with all cases and client protocols • Coordinate with Immigration Operations teams regarding case services • Flag ideas for process improvement • Join weekly, biweekly, or monthly docket calls as needed • Respond to client communication requests • Review visa petitions by less experienced Paralegal staff • Swiftly draft responses to requests for evidence for more complex cases • Train and mentor other paralegals on immigration specific content and organizational policies
• Manage high-volume PERM cases end-to-end • Ensure effective document intake: i.e., review documents for validity and sufficiently analyze immigration status based on documents provided. • Ensure accountability for the drafting and monitoring of PERM casework. • Flag any potential/foreseeable case-related issues with Attorney and/or Senior Case Manager, in a timely manner • Communicate with clients and foreign nationals • Track case progress using Envoy technology • Flag any ideas for process improvement to the appropriate Attorney/Case Manager. • Swiftly draft responses to requests for information from government agencies. • Respond to client communication requests
• Ensure effective document intake: i.e., review documents for validity and sufficiently analyze immigration status based on documents provided. • Ensure accountability for the drafting and monitoring of NIV & PERM casework. • Flag any potential/foreseeable case-related issues with Attorney and/or Senior Case Manager, in a timely manner • Ensure accountability for the heavy drafting of case documents, statutory forms, and templated letters of support, plus a range of NIVs including petitions for key accounts/clients. • Track case progress using Envoy technology • Flag any ideas for process improvement to the appropriate Attorney/Case Manager. • Swiftly draft responses to requests for information from government agencies. • Respond to client communication requests – either via client company representatives or directly with the foreign national.
• Manage high-volume (NIV, PERM and IV) Business Immigration cases end-to-end • Ensure effective document intake: i.e., review documents for validity and sufficiently analyze immigration status based on documents provided. • Be accountable for the heavy drafting and reviewing of immigration forms and letters based on the analysis of case details, documents, and individual qualifications, as per strict deadlines for a range of NIV, PERM and IV applications (end to end) • Flag any potential/foreseeable case-related issues with Attorney and/or Senior Case Manager, in a timely manner • Track case progress within Envoy Global Platform • Flag any ideas for process improvement to the appropriate Attorney/Case Manager. • Handle client/foreign national communications regarding case processing and status for key accounts/clients, while providing excellent client service. • Swiftly draft responses to requests for information from government agencies. • Respond to client communication requests – either via client company representatives or directly with the foreign national.
• Ensure effective document intake: i.e., review documents for validity and sufficiently analyze immigration status based on documents provided during document. • Ensure accountability for the heavy drafting of case documents, statutory forms, and templated letters of support for NIV and IV applications, including petitions for key accounts/clients, as well as ability to independently track project deadlines and workload. • Flag any potential/foreseeable case-related issues with Attorney and/or Senior Case Manager, in a timely manner. • Review visa petitions by less experienced Paralegal staff (as required). • Utilize online immigration case tracking system to monitor case status and activities on a daily basis. • Swiftly draft responses to requests for evidence. • Coordinate with Client Support Specialists the printing, scanning, and posting of cases, and service requests. • Respond to client communication requests – either via client contact, or directly with the foreign national. • Prioritize daily workload based on fluctuating client deadlines, whilst maintaining an appropriate sense of urgency. • Contribute to positive team morale, especially within a remote work environment.
