Role Description The Manager, Civic Engagement plays a key role in how WorkMoney, Inc. brings its campaigns to life across multiple channels, including phone and SMS. Reporting to the Director, Community Impact, this role oversees the day-to-day execution of multi-channel outreach, ensuring programs are organized, deployed effectively, and consistently meeting defined goals. This is a time-limited, project-based role, with an expected duration of approximately six months, subject to program needs. - Manage WorkMoney, Inc’s civic engagement multi-channel programs, including phones and other outreach channels. - Support the translation of campaign priorities into clear, executable plans, ensuring outreach is organized, accurate, and delivered on time. - Build, deploy, manage, and optimize outreach campaigns primarily through direct phone outreach, maintaining quality, consistency, and alignment with campaign objectives. - Support vendor-led program execution by coordinating inputs, tracking deliverables, and maintaining visibility into timelines and progress. - Adjust execution plans and outreach schedules in response to shifting campaign priorities, ensuring programs remain on track to meet timelines and performance goals. - Support audience targeting and list execution, ensuring outreach is delivered appropriately to audiences. - Monitor performance against defined goals, identifying gaps or risks and identifying opportunities for improvement. - Prepare and present regular reporting on campaign performance, including progress, challenges, and outcomes. - Ensure quality control across outreach programs, including accuracy, targeting integrity, and execution standards. - Coordinate with cross-functional partners (e.g., data, creative, operations) to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and dependencies are managed. - Maintain workflows, trackers, and documentation to support consistent and scalable execution. - Proactively communicate updates, risks, and needs, ensuring alignment and continuity across workstreams. - Support the preparation and distribution of program materials, including scripts, guidance, and updates for outreach execution.
