The Role The Middleware Cloud Services Engineer will be a hands-on technical engineer that will be accountable for Software development, R&D and operations in support of the Enterprise Integration Platform at MUFG. On this team, you will face a wide array of technical challenges that greatly impact our business. This team works closely across the Cloud Transformation Organization, Enterprise Architecture, Security, Engineering and Operations organizations, in order to deliver next generation capabilities in an operationally stable software defined ecosystem to MUFG and its customers. The role will be responsible for design, evolution, implementation and support of the cloud transformation Enterprise Integration Platform operating across geographically diverse data centers, as well as cloud service providers, empowering our customers with capabilities of highly available, automated and cost-effective platform solutions to address resiliency, performance, portability, security and disaster recovery needs. The Role will serve as a point of escalation for all operational issues and critical events related to the Enterprise Integration Platform. The position will also need the individual to train the staff, developing standard operating procedures and writing knowledge articles.
