This is our third Product Builder hire, reporting to the CPO. Each Builder owns a coherent product area as PM, designer, and engineer in one person. Today, growth is manual and simple tooling. Your job is to take it from manual to intelligent - combining best-in-breed market tools (Klaviyo, Meta Ads, TikTok, attribution platforms, the AI marketing stack) with internal dashboards, automation, and AI agents you build yourself. You'll work alongside Product Builders who own the content engine and workflow tools. Long term: a unified AI-driven growth platform connecting these channels across the full marketing/growth lifecycle. Requirements - Hybrid product-engineering profile: Either an engineer with strong product sense, or a PM who codes well. Comfortable owning product decisions AND shipping the code yourself - Real engineering skills: Full-stack capable. Comfortable with architecture, APIs, databases, data pipelines, and deploying to production. AI-assisted coding is default, but you still need to understand what you're shipping - Growth/martech expertise: Strong grasp of funnels, attribution, and channel economics: email, paid social, affiliates, SEO, CRO. Up to date with current AI marketing tools and the martech landscape - Actively building with AI: Already using AI tools to build — prototypes, agents, workflows, automation. - Excellent communication: Clear written and verbal Background Backgrounds we'd expect to find this combination in: - Martech / ad-tech platforms - Influencer / creator marketplaces - DTC brands where you've built in-house growth tooling - Growth agencies with strong engineering chops - Creator marketing platforms or tools Why join Go.shop - Build the growth intelligence platform for the next generation of creator-led brands - Real ownership from day one in a small, high-trust team - Work at the intersection of AI, marketing technology, and creator economy
