Solution Architect – Network Observability, Infrastructure Intelligence

BlueCat

Job Requirements

  • A blend of deep network engineering expertise and the consultative instincts to translate technical capabilities into strategic business value for enterprise customers.
  • Enterprise networking foundation covering routing and switching, network security (firewalls, IPS/IDS, NDR), wireless, QoS, and infrastructure modernization across on-premises, cloud, SaaS, and hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
  • Observability and telemetry expertise including NetFlow, Flexible NetFlow (FNF), IPFIX, streaming telemetry, PCAP/deep traffic analysis, and network performance monitoring and analytics platforms.
  • Automation and integration experience with API-driven infrastructure, Infrastructure-as-Code tools, orchestration platforms, and cloud networking operational visibility strategies; familiarity with DHCP/DNS enterprise architectures is a plus.
  • AI and intelligence familiarity with AI-assisted operations, infrastructure intelligence, and automation-driven workflows highly valued; CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent certification is a strong differentiator.
  • Consultative selling and advisory skills with exceptional ability to lead discovery, connect technical capabilities to business outcomes, and influence both technical teams and executive stakeholders across complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with a track record of working effectively across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Services organizations in a customer-facing technical capacity.
  • Relevant background and education including a degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, IT, or equivalent practical experience — alongside hands-on roles in sales engineering, solutions engineering, network engineering, technical consulting, or customer success engineering.
