• Lead digital transformation and AI adoption initiatives across client projects and multidisciplinary teams. • Drive the operationalization of Generative AI solutions and AI-assisted workflows within the software development lifecycle. • Define and evolve roadmaps, prioritization strategies, OKRs, and KPIs focused on business value and measurable outcomes. • Manage stakeholders, align expectations, facilitate communication, and influence technical and operational decisions. • Support change management initiatives, enabling teams through training, documentation, and knowledge transfer. • Monitor delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans to ensure project continuity and successful execution. • Promote continuous improvement practices using metrics, feedback loops, and lessons learned. • Collaborate with technical and product teams to ensure alignment between business goals, AI initiatives, and delivery strategy.

Job Requirements

  • Experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Squad Leader, or similar role in technology and digital transformation environments.
  • Experience leading software delivery projects using agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), delivery processes, and modern engineering practices.
  • Practical understanding of Generative AI, large language models (LLMs), AI-assisted development tools, and AI adoption strategies.
  • Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and leadership-by-influence skills.
  • Experience defining and tracking OKRs, KPIs, delivery metrics, and business outcomes.
  • Ability to prioritize roadmaps and initiatives balancing business impact, technical feasibility, and operational efficiency.
  • Experience with change management, team enablement, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Experience in consulting environments or enterprise digital transformation projects.
  • Experience supporting AI adoption within engineering or product teams.
  • Knowledge of Spec-Driven Development, AI governance, or AI literacy initiatives.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and modern cloud-native environments.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent.
  • Experience working with financial services, insurance, retail, or large enterprise clients.
