The Graduate Engineer will perform routine engineering tasks; create drawings, calculations, and designs under the supervision of an experienced engineer. What We Expect from You - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering required. ABET accredited program or equivalent required. - Successful completion of Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam or the ability to obtain within 1 year of hire. - Engineering internship experience preferred. - Electrical power systems coursework preferred. - Proven experience in Microsoft Software Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access). - Applies current, standard engineering techniques, procedures and criteria to complete engineering tasks. - Develops plans, specifications, and observation reports to see that these items are complete, accurate and in accordance with sound engineering practice. - Practices efficiency engineering as it pertains to design selection. - Recommends alterations to development and design to improve quality. - Works closely with engineering technicians and experienced electrical engineers. - Performs detailed engineering design and evaluations within specialty. - Prepares reports and correspondence concerning the direction of assigned projects. - May participate in marketing, sales and business development activities within assigned market. - Demonstrates a wide degree of creativity and latitude. - Effectively communicates and interacts with clients to ensure we are meeting their needs. - Works closely with other disciplines on multi-discipline. - Up to 15% travel required. - Must have authorization to work permanently in the US. • Lead Commissioning of electrical power systems LV - MV - DC • Take responsibility for electrical testing and start-up of batteries, DC/AC Inverters, DC/DC Converters, MV switchgear and protection, LV switchgear • Inspect and advise on electrical power systems installation according to manufactures instructions • Complete commissioning procedures according to specification and instructions • Troubleshoot LV/MV/DC Systems, collaborate and feedback corrective measures on engineering and design

Role Description This role is fully remote and requires up to 90% travel. - Define work elements, complete floor observations, analyze data, and implement engineered standards in Distribution Centers (DCs) across the United States. - Trend analysis of DCs performance, efficiency, & capacity. - Review, refine, and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). - Lead training for warehouse staff explaining engineered labor standards (ELS). - Project management of strategic projects including layout optimization, slotting/pick paths, racking configurations. - Support/coordinate warehouse management system (WMS) configuration.
