• Develop, implement, and manage sourcing strategies aligned with overall procurement goals • Partner with stakeholders to identify needs, provide guidance, and deliver procurement solutions • Lead sourcing projects, including supplier selection, negotiations, and contract execution • Manage supplier relationships to improve performance, quality, and long-term value • Analyze market trends, cost drivers, and supplier landscapes to inform decision-making • Drive cost-saving initiatives and build a sustainable savings pipeline • Support consolidation of spend and optimization of supplier portfolios across Europe • Ensure contracts are reviewed, validated, and compliant in collaboration with legal teams • Maintain accurate category data, cost analysis, and performance tracking • Identify opportunities for innovation, standardization, and process improvement • Contribute to risk management strategies to ensure supply continuity and competition
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in procurement or category management, preferably within indirect categories such as facility services
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree required & preferable certified or actively seeking certification in CIPS/NEVI or equivalent
- Knowledge of Soft and Hard facility services (e.g. waste, janitorial, office supplies, PPE & uniforms, building maintenance, safety, quality services)
- Ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Able to review among others Waste and Cleaning contracts from a commercial and legal perspective
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate, influence, and build trust
- Analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making
- Clear communication and presentation skills for engaging with diverse audiences
