The Crown Is Yours As a VIP Acquisition Manager, you'll play a key role in scaling our high-end player base by driving onboarding, acquisition, and activation strategies. You'll lead a team of New Business Executives and scale regional engagement efforts designed to convert prospects into loyal, high-value customers. In this role, you'll identify and attract the next generation of VIPs while delivering an exceptional player experience that reflects our brand. What you'll do - Design and execute regional player acquisition events to drive awareness and conversion. - Lead go-to-market strategies in newly launched gaming states within your territory. - Execute business plans that support regional revenue and profit goals. - Partner with internal teams to ensure alignment with compliance, responsible gaming, and brand guidelines. - Contribute to the development of VIP promotions, events, and offers that elevate the player experience. - Ensure a seamless and engaging onboarding journey that builds long-term loyalty and advocacy. - Represent our company at key events and activations to build brand presence and connect with high-value prospects. - Prospect and acquire new VIP players through targeted outreach, relationship-building, and lead generation campaigns. What you'll bring - At least 3+ years of experience in Casino Marketing or a high-touch customer-facing role within the gaming industry. - Demonstrated success working with VIP or high-net-worth clientele. - Established player relationships in the gaming space are a strong plus. - Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and take initiative. - Excellent communication and relationship management skills. - Willingness to travel frequently and work evenings and weekends to support player needs. - Experience operating in a fast-paced, collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment. - Deep understanding of responsible gaming policies and regulatory compliance. Join Our Team We're a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston. As a regulated gaming company, you may be required to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment. The US base salary range for this full-time position is 110,400.00 USD - 138,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
