Azure Cloud Engineer
EVERSANA
• The Waltz Health Cloud Engineer is responsible for supporting the creation and implementation of a technology framework and providing technical expertise in support of Waltz Health enterprise cloud computing services. • The Cloud Engineer reports into the VP Cloud and Infrastructure Services and will be responsible for ensuring that cloud technologies are effectively configured, implemented, and maintained as required to support business applications and services. • The ideal candidate will have experience in cloud computing technologies supporting consumer services, retail, and/or healthcare. • Demonstrate knowledge of cloud architecture and implementation features (OS, multi-tenancy, virtualization, orchestration, elastic scalability). • Provide technical support in the diagnosis and resolution of issues, including determination and provision of workaround solutions or escalation to application owners. • Ensure delivered solutions are realized within committed timeframes; work in conjunction with project sponsors to manage scope and risk. • Support cloud computing services that align with the enterprise information security program
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, systems analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience spanning at least two IT disciplines, including enterprise cloud service architecture, network management, middleware, data management, or operations
- Experience in 24x7 SaaS environments
- Experience working within globally distributed engineering teams in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with enterprise data and database management technologies
- Strong understanding of network architectures and application development methodologies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
