Discover life at TheFork What you will do: The job of a Senior Product Designer is to envision how people experience our products and bring that vision to life in a way that feels inspired, refined and even magical. In a Senior Product Designer role, you'll transform opportunities into intuitive, accessible and easy-to-use experiences. Ideally, the candidate has worked in a collaborative team environment and has experience of interacting with international colleagues. This role demands constant evolution and adaptation as the product, market, and consumer needs evolve. - Explore and discover the right problems to solve, and find the best solution to build. - Develop your strong user-centric design mindset, by exposing facts and insights in your solutions. - Identify and build innovative experiences for our diners. - Effectively bridge design and development through your understanding of front-end development. - Understand the different approaches to user research, launch and manage user research activities with the help of our research team. - Help create user typologies, user journey maps, usability tests, and other user research methodologies. - Collaborate and challenge Product Managers, Developers and other Product Designers in defining the best product strategy. - Help shape our design system and documentation. - Present your work in an engaging, clear, thoughtful manner. - Help improve consistency and best practices within the team. Who you are: - Roughly 6+ years experience working as a Product Designer - Proficiency with Figma - Communication: you effectively interact with others to build relationships, influence, and facilitate the sharing of ideas and information. You use tact and diplomacy to navigate difficult situations - Quality: You care deeply about clarity, interaction quality, accessibility fundamentals, and visual consistency - Learning Mindset: you continuously seek opportunities to learn, question the applicability of past approaches in the current environment - Results-oriented: you have the ability and willingness to make continuous improvements. Also the commitment to help make positive leaps in results and overall performance - Teamwork & Collaboration: you value diverse perspectives and working with others as a way to achieve the best output possible You have the ability to work with different stakeholders: UX Researchers, Product managers, Marketeers, Engineers & Quality Assurance specialists. You are curious, you pay attention to details and show critical thinking. You have a true obsession for customer experience.
