Position: Project Manager-Data - III Location: Basking Ridge, NJ USA - Hybrid Duration: Contract Job Description: Job ID: 176897 Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager-Data - III to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience and a strong technical background to develop and support long-term analytical data solutions. This role involves a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. The candidate will be responsible for creating dynamic reporting, collaborating with business intelligence leaders, and leveraging technical expertise to deliver meaningful insights. Responsibilities: - Use technical experience and background to create or leverage tools to develop and support long-term analytical data solutions, relevant analytics, and exception reporting. - Take ownership of report/analysis design and creation, code development, validation of results, and delivery of the product. - Communicate results by developing dynamic and visual reporting that clearly communicates trends and statistically significant anomalies in the context of business risk. - Leverage strong business acumen, presentation, and communication skills to create and present analysis in relevant, consumable, meaningful, and insightful ways. - Collaborate and strategize with other Business Intelligence leaders to share analysis, solutions, data structures, and resources to minimize redundancies and improve efficiencies across the organization. Qualifications: - Technical Skills: Proficiency in spreadsheet software, IAM (Identity and Access Management), logging & monitoring, AI, NIST CSF 2.0 (Identify and Protect), security scanning tools, and vulnerabilities remediation. - Soft Skills: Self-starter who can work independently, proactive, with ownership and accountability for deliverables. - Education/Certifications: CISSP, Security+, Google AI Essentials, Google AI Professional Certification. Role Description - Partner & Inbox Support - Monitor and respond to incoming emails in the Partner Support Inbox, providing timely, accurate, and professional responses. - Triage requests, answer common questions, and escalate issues to the Project Manager when required. - Track and follow up on partner inquiries to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction. - Event Setup & Platform Support - In-Person Event Delivery - Support venue-based event logistics, including sourcing venues, room setup, catering, signage, materials coordination, and attendee flow. - Coordinate with speakers, vendors, venues, and on-site staff to ensure readiness and smooth execution. - Assist with on-site registration, session transitions, and real-time issue resolution during live events. - Virtual Event Delivery - Assist the Project Manager with end-to-end virtual event setup across approved platforms. - Configure event components including: - Registration pages - Email communications and reminders - Session agendas and speaker details - Upload and manage event content, including presentations, recordings, resources, and reference materials. - Quality Control (QC) & Readiness Checks - Conduct thorough QC reviews of event setup to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to standards. - Validate: - Registration links and emails - Session configuration and timing - Content uploads and resource availability - Participate in pre-event site reviews and readiness checks prior to go-live. - Project & PM Support - Support the Project Manager with logistical tasks, documentation, and work-back schedules. - Maintain event planning documents and ensure updates are reflected accurately. - Attend project meetings as needed and capture action items related to logistics execution. - Live Event & Post-Event Support (as applicable) - Provide live event support as assigned, helping monitor sessions and escalate issues. - Assist with post-event tasks such as content uploads, recording checks, and documentation updates.
