In this key role you'll keep compliance work flowing smoothly across multiple offices in Australia - coordinating onshore and offshore teams, reviewing technical work, and being the go-to person when problems need solving. You’re role, your contribution! - Workflow coordination: Allocate and track compliance work across onshore and offshore teams to hit every deadline. -Quality & review: First-level review of accountants’ work — providing clear, constructive feedback that builds skills. - Team collaboration: Bridge virtual and office teams, keeping stakeholders informed and offshore teams on track. - Coaching & training: Mentor accountants and senior accountants, support onboarding, and drive capability uplift. - Technical support: Resolve tax adjustments, reconciliations, and ledger queries — escalating complex matters as needed. - Stakeholder management: Maintain strong relationships with multiple offices, consistently meeting service delivery expectations. What you will bring to the role! - 3+ years of accounting or compliance experience, ideally in professional services - Proven experience coordinating work across virtual or multi-site teams - Strong working knowledge of P&L, balance sheet, workpapers, tax adjustments, and reconciliations - Excellent communicator - able to give structured, actionable feedback to staff at all levels - Proficient in accounting systems and workflow platforms with a continuous improvement mindset - Accounting degree; CA qualified or working towards completion Our Impact: Why Findex?
