Role Description We're looking for a systems builder who understands both AI and creative production workflows. This is not a generalist AI research role. The AI Creative Operations role exists to build and maintain the AI infrastructure that powers content production, social workflows, and creative execution across the company. The ideal candidate combines operational thinking, technical execution, and strong editorial judgment. You should understand how content moves through production, where inefficiencies exist, and how to build automations and systems that reduce manual work without compromising quality or brand consistency. You will work closely with the Production Lead and AI Operations counterpart to ensure production-side and operations-side systems remain connected, scalable, and aligned. This role is best suited for someone who likes building real systems, shipping practical workflows quickly, and improving how creative teams operate at scale. Core Problems You'll Solve - Build a unified source of truth for Moj's ideas, transcripts, source material, and production context across tools like Granola, Fathom, ClickUp, Drive, Slack, and WhatsApp - Create a shared AI voice layer that maintains consistent brand voice across all content and team members - Automate the pipeline from meetings, transcripts, and source material into structured content ideas and production tasks - Build repurposing systems that transform approved long-form content into multiple downstream formats automatically - Create real-time production visibility across content pillars, production status, blockers, and publishing readiness - Automate publishing and distribution workflows wherever technically feasible What You'll Own - Build and maintain AI-powered production workflows inside ClickUp and related systems - Design automations connecting transcripts, notes, meetings, and source material to content production pipelines - Standardize content task structures, routing systems, and production visibility dashboards - Build AI-assisted repurposing systems for clips, carousels, threads, and social content - Develop and maintain prompt systems, voice guidelines, and internal AI workflows - Collaborate closely with Production, Marketing, and AI Operations to ensure systems remain aligned - Submit weekly reports covering shipped systems, work in progress, and operational blockers requiring decisions Workflow & Collaboration - Work directly with the Production Lead and AI Operations counterpart - Collaborate with Daniela on ClickUp organization, tracking, and coordination workflows - Conduct regular syncs with AI Operations to ensure production and operational systems remain compatible - Partner with the Marketing Coordinator to build and refine voice systems and AI content workflows - Ensure any systems affecting publishing, client-facing tools, or brand voice receive appropriate approval before launch What We Need From You - Experience building AI-powered workflows, automations, or operational systems in creative, content, or marketing environments - Strong understanding of content production pipelines and creative operations - Ability to translate messy workflows into scalable systems and automations - Experience with tools like ClickUp, Notion, Zapier, Make, OpenAI, Claude, Airtable, or equivalent platforms - Strong editorial judgment and understanding of brand voice consistency - Comfort working independently and shipping systems quickly in fast-moving environments - Clear communication skills and strong operational organization Who Thrives Here This role is best suited for someone who: - Thinks like both an operator and a builder - Enjoys solving workflow inefficiencies with practical systems - Moves quickly from idea to implementation - Understands creative teams and how content actually gets produced - Balances technical capability with editorial taste and operational judgment - Prefers execution over theory Benefits - Fully remote work - Flexible schedule and time off - Access to leading AI tools - Direct collaboration with leadership - Long-term career growth opportunities - High-trust, fast-moving team culture
