• Creating order out of chaos, making information easier to find, helping team members feel supported, improving processes, and adding a spark of creativity • Interacting with team members, managers, candidates, vendors, and internal stakeholders with warmth and professionalism • Keeping tasks, documents, deadlines, systems, and recurring workflows organized • Noticing and correcting inconsistencies before they create confusion • Managing assigned responsibilities independently with minimal hand-holding • Moving between priorities effectively while keeping important details organized

Job Requirements

  • Administrative, coordinator, PeopleOps, HR, operations, recruiting, executive support, or similar experience
  • Strong aptitude for learning new technology, systems, workflows, and processes
  • Solid working knowledge of Google Workspace, especially Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, and Forms
  • Strong spreadsheet comfort, including organizing data, filtering, sorting, using formulas, maintaining trackers, and identifying gaps or inconsistencies
  • Ability or willingness to create polished visual content, presentations, internal communications, guides, or training materials
  • Comfort learning tools such as Canva, Google Slides, PowerPoint, LMS platforms, HRIS systems, project management tools, and AI-enabled tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, confidentiality, and follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, requests, and recurring workflows at the same time
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while keeping stakeholders informed
  • Comfort supporting cross-functional teams such as PeopleOps, BizOps, Safety, Operations, Finance, leadership, and hiring managers
