Product Manager, New Product Development – OEM Programs
CIVCO Medical Solutions
• Lead strategic OEM projects and drive new product development initiatives across CIVCO’s ultrasound-guided procedure portfolio • Collaborate closely with OEM partners and internal stakeholders across Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, and Business Development to deliver commercially successful solutions • Support upstream product strategy activities including market assessment, voice-of-customer engagement, business case development, and opportunity validation • Serve as the primary business lead and point of contact for OEM development programs and strategic partner initiatives • Conduct ongoing market, technology, and competitive landscape analyses within ultrasound-guided procedure markets • Develop evidence-based business cases and opportunity assessments using customer insights, market trends, financial analysis, and competitive intelligence
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product management, OEM program management, upstream product marketing, or new product development
- Demonstrated success developing business cases, evaluating market opportunities, and supporting commercialization of new products
- Experience working with cross-functional product development teams and structured product development processes
- Strong understanding of customer needs assessment, market research, competitive analysis, and product strategy
- Experience managing external strategic partnerships or OEM relationships preferred
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office with demonstrated willingness to learn and incorporate AI-tools into daily work
