Sales Representative – Infection Control

Product Manager, New Product Development – OEM Programs

• Lead strategic OEM projects and drive new product development initiatives across CIVCO’s ultrasound-guided procedure portfolio • Collaborate closely with OEM partners and internal stakeholders across Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, and Business Development to deliver commercially successful solutions • Support upstream product strategy activities including market assessment, voice-of-customer engagement, business case development, and opportunity validation • Serve as the primary business lead and point of contact for OEM development programs and strategic partner initiatives • Conduct ongoing market, technology, and competitive landscape analyses within ultrasound-guided procedure markets • Develop evidence-based business cases and opportunity assessments using customer insights, market trends, financial analysis, and competitive intelligence
• Accountable for delivering on CIVCO Medical’s sales revenue and EBITDA objectives through the successful leadership and management of international distributors in the territory • Proactively develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to consistently meet or exceed budgeted sales growth and gain market shares • Develop and maintain outstanding partnerships with our Distributor network and travel internationally as appropriate to support their needs • Provide and routinely update key sales forecasts, product demand information and sales trends to CIVCO management • Work closely with International Customer Service, Product Management, Marketing, Sales Operations, Regulatory, Legal, and may assist our OEM team to collaborate, coordinate, and optimize CIVCO sales and international marketing efforts
• Primary duties include managing and organizing the sales functions for specific healthcare target accounts within a geographical region. • Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, creating and maintaining a sales plan, generating leads and qualifying prospects, coordinating activities with all sales resources, and managing and negotiating with clients to close sales. • The main job focus is to attain and exceed all sales forecasts and financial objectives across all key product categories and at the territory level. • Strategic focus on influential target customers, facilities, and IDNs is essential. • Frequent travel and trade show attendance is required. • Generate sales revenue in specified territory by executing an effective sales plan in line with personal and team sales targets and sales forecasts across all major product lines. • Continuously create, update, and close a strong capital sales funnel. • Create enough opportunities to deliver on capital sales quotas. • Approach, interview, demonstrate, negotiate and close sales at the department, facility, and corporate levels. • Close department level, facility level, and IDN level sales contracts and agreements. • Comply with CIVCO pricing and contracting strategies to close sales. • Research accounts and generate or follow through on sales leads effectively. • Maintain and grow existing and new customer relationships through proactive selling and quote follow-up. • Evaluate customer needs and build productive long-lasting relationships. • Demonstrate products, conduct trainings, and present continuing education (CE) programs. • Maintain and expand client contact database through utilization of CRM. • Stay current on competitive products, being well versed in their strengths and weaknesses while reporting on competitive activity to Management. • Continue on-going informal training on the Multi-Modality Imaging products and Industry. • Assist in implementation of marketing plans in assigned territory. • Report weekly and monthly on sales opportunity pipeline in assigned territory and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data.
• Drive strategic innovation and product development for ultrasound-based specialty device portfolio • Construct an upstream product development roadmap aligned with CIVCO’s innovation and growth objectives • Build and maintain an innovation pipeline from product concept to project activation • Lead opportunity assessments, voice-of-customer research, and early feasibility studies for new product concepts • Conduct ongoing market, technology, and competitive landscape analyses within ultrasound-guided procedure markets • Identify emerging trends in ultrasound systems, probe technologies, and procedural workflows that impact CIVCO’s strategic direction • Establish and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and strategic clinical partners • Facilitate advisory boards, customer interviews, and clinical observation sessions to uncover unmet procedural needs • Represent CIVCO Medical Solutions at trade shows, conferences, and symposia • Partner with CIVCO’s product strategy organization, business development, and R&D • Support portfolio prioritization decisions through robust financial modeling, customer insight, and market potential analysis
