• Serve as an internal consultant assisting with understanding the competitive landscape for annuities • Develop and execute ongoing mixed method research programs • Support development of new ongoing annuity competitive intelligence programs • Analyze competitor products and capabilities • Create and improve tactical-level product battlecards and comparisons • Develop persuasive reports and presentations to communicate research findings • Conduct Win-Loss evaluations and catalog findings • Execute ad-hoc research for competitors’ products and capabilities • Collaborate with the Market Research Team

Job Requirements

  • 5 years of total industry experience at an annuity carrier or broker-dealer
  • Experience in product development, sales, marketing, account management, due diligence, market research, IT, or operations
  • Experience at both an annuity carrier and broker-dealer preferred
  • High familiarity with web-based client and advisor-facing policy management or advising tools
  • Working technical knowledge of annuity product types and features
  • Familiarity with selling and servicing annuities and their integration into retirement planning
  • Bachelor’s degree required; relevant advanced degrees and industry designations or licenses preferred
  • Exceptional written communication and presentation skills
  • Experience thriving in collaborative structures with multiple stakeholders
  • Familiarity with analysis methods in business or academic environments
  • Familiarity with AI tools

Role Description As a Protective Intelligence Analyst, you will be embedded within our client’s risk and intelligence team, working remotely with flexible hours to support their security and strategic decision-making.
